How do you respond to the enemy? When your mind and heart shift into worry or fear, what do you do? I can tell you what I do. I run to God. I run to God because HE invites me back into his orderly ways. No matter how far away I am from him, he calls me back with wide open arms.

These last 2 weeks God has been speaking to me in so many ways. He’s also used me in so many ways. Reminding me that I am HIS daughter and I am so proud to have so many traits from my father above. The enemy has definitely tried to interfere and tell me lies, but I am reminded that I am more than what he says. I am more than his lies by the way I live. I am more than his lies by the way I LOVE. 

The last 2 weeks have also been a big reminder to follow Gods plan. Wait on Gods timing. As some may know, we were supposed to leave to Nicaragua on January 8th. Due to a positive Covid test hours before we were about to leave, we had to stay back and quarantine. A lot of us thought that we’d be in Nicaragua after a week of quarentining. As the week went on, plans started changing everyday. That’s when I let go of trying to have my own plan and gave it all to God. Next thing you know, we get told that we will be spending our first 3 months in Costa Rica instead.

Remember, he knows every next step of ours. That when he saves us from something, it’s because he’s saving us FOR something else. So don’t worry.
