Here I am, in the United States, laying in a comfy bed with a comforter over me writing a blog about what my plans are next.

If I’m being completely honest with you, what I am actually doing next is not what I initially thought I wanted to do once I landed back in the states. But as I sat in my thoughts and tried planning out all of these others opportunities that I had in front of me, I asked God one more time and I said “God, which one do I do?” And I so clearly heard Him say “I made It clear and you weren’t obedient the first time.” 

So here I lay at His feet, trusting Him. Moving another 2,000 miles away from my family in Oregon for another 5 months. Knowing that’s less time with my family. But if that means my family growing a deeper connection with the Father, and more people knowing Jesus. Then Lord, send me.

For the next 5 months ill be leaving in Gainsville, Georgia where I’ll be attending a discipleship school through Adventure In Missions called CGA. (Center for Global Action.) The motto being “Know yourself, lead yourself, lead others.” I guess you could say that touches base on what we’ll be learning and how we’ll be growing during our time in this class. Coming to knowing more of ourselves as His, and fully accepting ourselves as we live out our lives for Him. Being able to lead ourselves well, so that we are able to disciple and lead others, confidently.

As we do attend the class, we are also encouraged to get a job so that we can put what we are learning into our work place/community.

CGA is a missional school, so that means I get to fundraise! Which I’m actually stoked about! The total is $6,000 which covers housing, classes, administrative/staffing costs and much more. Not only am I asking for financial supporters, but if you could also partner with me in prayer, i’d truly appreciate it just as much. Prayers for our class to come together and be one as the body. Prayers for me to continually be reminded of His faithfulness and completely trust Him.
